| With the rapid development of science and technology and sports, people on the understanding and evaluation of health from the medical and biological areas and gradually extended to the psychological and social fields. In China, more and more attention is paid to the college students’physical fitness. In2002the Ministry of education and the State Sports General Administration jointly issued the "student’s physical health standard (Trial)", aims to promote the students to actively participate in physical exercise, cultivate correct sports consciousness and a healthy lifestyle, and the school physical education play its due role in promoting a comprehensive fitness.Thus, physical health work is systematic, scientific management of the track. Each school has accumulated a large number of data over the years the student physique health test, how to carry on the statistical analysis of the scientific, fast, accurate, comprehensive analyzing these data, to understand the students’physique and health, and provide scientific basis for government decision-making and implementation of related work, become an important issue to be resolved.Based on reading and Study on the physical health of college students, development of computer software on the basis of literature data, using the Java programming language and Flex technology, design and completed the development of College Students’physical health management platform, the conclusion of the study are as follows:1. Designed and completed the development of college students in Hubei Province health management platform, for college students in Hubei Province, the health information "collection, diagnosis, evaluation, implementation" provide operational reference;2.
