Zhang Taiyan, was not only a master of Chinese culture in mordern times history in china, but also a newspaperman who dedicated to saving the nation from subjugation and ensuring its survival. The press activities and thoughts of Zhang Taiyan is an important part of the history of Chinese modern newspapers also had a positive effect for practitioner of the same period and later.This paper includes three parts, divided into four chapters.
