Microorganism is closely related to people’s life. It contains bacteria, viruses,fungi and so on that is both beneficial and harmful to people’s health. Microorganisminvolves the areas that daily diet, medicine etc. So there is a growing emphasis onmicroorganism. With the increasing deterioration of the environment, the harm ofhuman caused by pathogenic microorganisms becomes more and more serious.Pathogenic bacteria and non-pathogenic bacteria often coexist in biological systemthat has a high pathogenicity. Therefore it is very important to ensure people’s healthand safety by developing sensitive, simple, rapid microbiological detection method.So far, existing equipment at home and abroad has a variety of different defects bothdetection technology or instrument design. This paper introduces a kind of designabout turbidimetry microbiological rapid detection instrument. Detect microorganismby turbidimetry that we can determine the turbidity of suspended matter throughdetecting the light intensity of suspended particies. Thus, the system can quicklydetect the type and quantity of microorganism.Present a integral design scheme of turbidimetry microbiological rapid detectioninstrument. The whole system is divided into body shell module, power module,disinfection module, computer, shaker module, detection module, control module andsampling device. Design and lectotype are discussed according to from each module’sfunctions and features. Based on the integral design scheme, design and modify eachmodule.Do scheme selection for shaker module of the instrument. The drive system ofshaker module has been designed and calculated according to function that instrumentneed. Simulate the moving curve of shaker module, and then complete the schemedesign of drive system of shaker module. Do selection for drive motor of shakermodule, and check the torque of the drive motor. Check the strength of othercomponents. Then complete structural design of each part of shaker module.The control module of the system use STM32F Series MCU to control the hardware of drive system. Use PWM drive chip AMM56219to control the motor.Design signal acquisition circuit of detection module. Complete signal amplificationcircuit and multiplex signal selection circuit. And then complete the design of eachhardware circuit. Build three-dimensional model of each module by softwareSolidworks. Do stress and strength analysis, strain and stiffness analysis, modalanalysis of shaker module by software ANSYS. It verifies the reliability and stabilityof structural design scheme.
