High speed rotating machinery is widely applied in medical, petrochemical, aviation and power engineering and other fields,it is a key equipment of many modern industy. The normal performance of those devices has a direct effect on the production safety and social economy. The unbalanced force caused by eccentric mass makes the mechanism engender vibration when the rotating machinery in the process of high-speed operation, it decrease the reliability and service life of the equipmentThis paper proposes an new automatic balancing device for high speed rotating machinery which based on the dynamic balance theory,to solve the problem of dynamic unbalancing caused by eccentric mass. This paper takes medical rotating machinery incubator shaker as the research object,analyzes the reasons of dynamic unbalancing problem and designed a new type of automatic balancing scheme to solve the problem. Using Cero and Solidworks to establish the model of thermostatic oscillator,analyzed the mechanical calculation and the limit position. Using ANSYS Workbench and ADAMS to analyze the statics and dynamics analysis.The finite element analysis is carried out on the new balance adjusting device. According to the load signals of load cell, balancing regulating block moving into the position where adjust to the centroid position of mass. After the detailed design of the regulating strategy, we finally set up a test bed to check the feasibility of the automatic balancing scheme.According to the analysis of the model, we can get some mechanical properties of Incubator shaker, test results shown that the scheme which we used can reduce the dynamic unbalance vibration problem and low down the unbalancing force effectively,it has a certain theoretical guidance meaning and reference value on the products research of rotating machinery.
