With the further development of Internet technology and Web2.0technologies. Social media has become an important part of people’s daily lives. And social network is a representative form of social media, which is based on the reality of social relationships constitute to social network structure to Internet applications. The rapid spread of information in the social networks lead to the information users caught in the ocean. The users spend a lot of time in the process of selecting some useful information which resulting in the information overload problems.Micro-blog is a form of short blog, and it allows publicly update some short text information at any time. And this information permits any user to read. Through the development for the last five years, micro-blogging service has become much more mature. However, it still cannot get rid of Internet information overload problem very well. Micro-blog’s users create social interaction based on their attention relationships. And they also together constitute the intricate structure of virtual social networks. It is through user nodes among of this virtual social network structure, the micro-blog information complete its Iifecycle generation and dissemination. Therefore, to micro-blog operators, the service of users’ attention recommendation is a personalized service that is a necessary function to its users.This paper is based on the attention relationship of users in the micro-blog platform, and expands the micro-blogging users and its users’ attention recommendation study. First of all, the paper elaborates the background and significance of this research topic, and summaries related researches and theoretical foundation. Secondly, this paper focuses on the main ways of users’ attention recommendation about the Sina micro-blog platform. Thirdly, with the help of social network analysis, this paper carries out the data sample analysis by using the social network analysis software UCINET6. And the data samples were chosen randomly from the Sina micro-blog platform. Finally, through in-depth data analysis and discussion, this paper proposes some practical suggestions for improving the users’ attention recommendation effect of micro-blog service. They included:(1) Changing the users’ attention recommendation way of micro-blogging information content-based, and combined with the aging factor micro-blogging content, adopting comprehensively the "user guide" of users’attention recommendation way at the same times;(2) Mining relationships’tightness among the different types of micro-blogging celebrity users, and adopting a multi-level classification method of celebrity users;(3) Changing the single mutual friend recommendation or indirect recommendation, and full using of the role of bridge users which are at the non-core position in the micro-blogging community structure, which for helping users find the broader different categories to other sub-groups;(4) Fully mining the relevance among the interest categories of micro-blogging attention objects, to help users find more areas of interest preferences, thus helping users to participate in building a new micro-blogging social network structure.
