Embedded Database & Its Application On The Integrated Navigation Display & Control Console

This thesis designs an Embedded Real-time Database based on the ARM-Linux system, and also discusses the feasibility of using it on the Integrated Navigation Display & Control Console (INDCC).With the development of the technology and the strengthening of the national power, the navigation equipments not only supply some direction information such as course and speed, it also is a huge and complicated system composed of multi-navigation equipment. It not only exchanges information between the navigation devices inside the system, but also provides plentiful useful information for the operation-ship system, arm system and campaign system, etc. Therefore, it is an emphasis to organize, supervise and read& write the information effectively.In the dissertation, firstly it discusses the related technology theory about the embedded real-time database (ERTDB). The emphasis is to study the principle, the process and the configuration of ERTDB, so the ERTDB can be designed according to it.The feasibility of the embedded database in the INDCC is discussed. After the detailed analysis on the data demand for the INDCC, it tries to use the database in the INDCC, and also use the Qt builds the database interface, and detailed designs the representative sail status database and the sail plan database.Test the system. The embedded database is tested under the two environments: Qt/X11 and Qt/E.
