Aircraft data memory worked as an equipment which recording various operatingparameters of the vehicle, and as an important tool to determine normal operation and flighttest aircraft as well as aircraft maintenance and successfully improved. Therefore it wasnecessary to expand the functional tests for aircraft data memory, and a highly efficient andreliable ground surveillance system was a powerful guarantee.According to the technical specifications and test data memory function testingrequirements, improving traditional inefficient and inadequate "one to one" test mode, takingintelligent and humane of the multi-device test into account, a ground remote parallel testmonitoring solution was proposed. For the functional requirements of remote monitoring, thesystem was divided into two test modules: a proximal end and distal one. Through researchcharacteristics of remote transmission, photoelectric transfer devices were designed to realizeoptical fiber communication between the proximal and distal devices. To complete the paralleltest, used the RS-422data bus technology to develop a unified command protocol forcommunication between devices and made a provision of data transmission format and frameformat. Considering the reliability the lithium battery as a power supply device for aircraftshould have, a ground control module for lithium power was designed to achieve functionalassessment of lithium batteries and the power simulation of real-test mode.Faced with the importance of ground-based stations in the terrestrial remote monitoringsystem, the program design and implementation of monitoring station was developed fromgeneral to various functional modules. To ensure the reliability and stability, the system wasreliably designed from hardware and software aspects respectively. For return-data errorproblem caused by signal distortion of RS-422differential transmission between memory andmonitoring station, conducted an in-depth study, and the solution which adjusting the samplereceiving end at the starting time to ensure the signal jumping edge signal was alwaysguaranteed to be covered by the sample window was given to achieve long-term normalmonitoring and reliable data communication between the station and memory.Through repeated test of the monitoring system functionality and performance, testresults were given and shown that that the monitoring system was able to work normally andreached the design target.
