A large number of distributed systems are deployed in the network with the continuousdevelopment of network technology, and the increasingly complex object, collected test theamount of information explosion, it caused the transmission bandwidth of the system demandis much higher than before, so the data transmission system research has become an importanthot spot. In this text, the design of distributed multiple optical fiber data transmission systemwas based on Ethernet communication technology, it focuses on the advantages of highreliability and large capacity optical network. In order to realize the data acquisition andprocessing, this text also researched the design of multiple distributed optical fiber datatransmission system from the LabVIEW software development platform.This article first introduced the basic theory of optical fiber communication, and it hasmainly introduced the photoelectric converter, optical fiber communication devices, toprovide the theoretical basis for the system.Whether the acquisition equipment of test systemin storage function, and based on the research of optical fiber communication networktopology and distributed data transmission system with WDM and the third layer switchingnetwork technology and puts forward to two design schemes. Considering the influences ofvarious factors, the final choice of exchange technology based on the data transmissionsystem, which is used in topology star network. The whole system consists of a data node,communication network and monitoring center,and introduces the model selection andparameter configuration of hardware standard system in optical fiber, and photoelectricconversion module and the third layer switch.Design the data transmission module, it focuses on the Data Socket communicationtechnology of LabVIEW software development platform. It has designed and implementedwith multiple node and communication of parallel program execution, and it has realized the main functions of the transmission system: data acquisition, data display and data storage.Data can be selectively stored as wave format or Excel form. Finally it has carried on thetransmission system network testing, the reliability and the validity was verified byexperiment. The experimental results show that: the work performance of the system is stable,provides fast, reliable transmission mode for distributed test.
