In year2005, the "Long Tail " advocates-Chris· Anderson,who is also the editor ofWired magazine, proposed the concept of TV2.0after the flourish of WEB2.0. This ideaprovides a brand new view angle for television media,which is already in the siege of thenew media. In the time after that, the TV2.0theory experienced a stage of blur and viewsdivergent, but now is has developed into a primary theoretical framework which has clearconnotation, and the idea is also put into practice in domestic gradually.In less than a decade ’s time, the TV2.0pioneers have handled quite a lot ofexperimental TV programs. However, in the current stage of development, there areseveral important issues need to be clear: First, how can the specific connotation of TV2.0develops in the new age; secondly, how could the the concept of TV2.0put into effect,how’s it feasibility; Third, how’s the process and the results of the actual practice ofTV2.0, and as well as the development space in the future; Fourth, what kind of obstaclesdo the television need to break in the comprehensive practical application of TV2.0idea.This paper selects first gear youth television CCTV open class-" Voice " as a casestudy, combined with the trend of media convergence in nowadays, depth into the form ofthis successful program,and discuss the application of TV2.0theory in it, and analyze theprogram deficiencies and limitations in the existing system and in the current mediaenvironment, to analyze the reasons which impeded its development, analysis the issuesone by one.So as to make a modest contribution for the TV2.0status quo research and itsthe future development.
