This paper, which is closely associated with the scientific research task named of æœadar AR digital display and the terminal of target recognition based on return sequences includes the contents as follows. Firstly, not only researching the application of the ideals and methods of parallel process in the design of ultra-speed data acquisition systems, but also providing the circuitry and the time relations between main signals of several design schemes based on parallel processing technique. Secondly, designing a high-speed huge memory data acquisition board for radar video echoes, and introducing a realizable scheme of an ultra-speed data acquisition system for IF echoes by the technique of parallel structure design. Finally, presenting two methods of feature extraction and target recognition based on the echo data get from the data acquisition board. The probation proved the performance of the radar echo acquisition board very well. Our design met the requirements.
