In order to achieve the collection and analysis of the vibration signals in industrial fields,this paper,combined with actual needs,designs a portable data acquisition system based on embedded double ARM structure.This system has the advantages of high acquisition accuracy,large storage capacity,multiply channels synchronous acquisition and easy to carry.This paper divides data acquisition system into two parts,which are data collection and data processing.As the slave machine,data acquisition part based on STM32F103VCT6 MCU mainly manages the vibration signal collection.The function of AD conversion,data transfer and transmission is completed.As the host machine,the data processing part based on MCU STM32F103ZET6 has the functions of LCD display,MicroSD card data storage and touch screen human-computer interaction.It communicates with the slave through SPI bus.The structure of double ARM is designed to simplify the hardware structure of the system.The main circuit of the paper includes signal amplification circuit,ADC conversion circuit,the basic circuit of MCU,USB interface circuit,serial communication circuit between double CPU,MicroSD card data storage circuit,LCD touch circuit and power circuit etc.In order to realize the functions of each module of the system,the programs of data acquisition and data processing is compiled.The data acquisition part mainly completed the programs of the signal amplification,AD conversion and data read after conversion from the program,and gives the flow charts of each module.Data processing part mainly completes the driver programs of the LCD screen,touch screen and the MicroSD card,SPI communication between upper computer and lower computer,the transplantation of p,C/GUI and FATFS is realized.At the last stage,according to each function module of the system,the paper rograms the test programs to verify the system,and the corresponding test results are given.
