With the rapid development of networked manufacturing, collaboration among enterprises has become an important contemporary trends in manufacturing activity, knowledge and technology in a wider range has been sharing and the exchange of manufacturing resources obtain a greater degree of reasonable use, all above greatly promoted the development of social production. The Sharing of services and manufacturing resources becomes especially important, and the model of resource is a prerequisite to achieve resource utilization and sharing. However, due to the uneven distribution of manufacturing resources with manufacturing resource classification range, they are many kinds and updated quickly, how to sort manufacturing resources, and build an effective service and manufacturing resource sharing model will become a very critical issue. This paper based on Huizhou Zhong Kai Hi-tech Zone of electronic product design and manufacturing resource services and shared use, in order to achieve service and shared resources as a strategic objective, in-depth analysis of the basis Zhongkai High-tech Zone resource characteristics, electronic product design and manufacturing technical issues related to the construction and application services and shared resource model are discussed and research, including the classification of electronic product design and manufacturing resource description, build a resource model, resource acquisition and retrieval technology, which reads as follows:First, the paper discuss the background and significance of electronic product design and manufacturing resources, and analyzes the research status of the service and manufacturing resource sharing, this article identifies resource services for electronics manufacturing and technology research route sharing, learning and studied the object-oriented modeling approach, combined with the characteristics of electronic products manufacturing resources discussed specific process manufacturing resource modeling.Second, the article analyze the characteristics of electronic product design and manufacturing resources, also describes the process of resource modeling method. According to the results of research in high-tech businesses in the region, combined with electronic product design and manufacturing process life cycle, in accordance with the electronics manufacturing industry chain dimensions, features, dimensions and types of knowledge, such as the dimensions of electronic product design and manufacturing resources are classified and feature presentation, based on the above studies, design and construction of the electronics manufacturing services and resource sharing model.Then, for the manual collection technology behind the problem, the issue use a network resource acquisition engine technology to achieve the collection and dissemination of network resources. For a huge amount of data repository, the problem of low retrieval efficiency, the issue use a resource retrieval method based on Lucene, to realize the efficient retrieval of the repository.Finally, on the basis of the above work, the issue completed the design and development of services and sharing system. The system realizes the portal system information display, resource management, technology acquisition and publishing engine, resource rapid retrieval, system management and site navigation system functions, verification correctness and validity of the model.
