With the development of technology, as the core technology of information industry of high-tech and microelectronics technology has become an important part of national economy, the microelectronics packaging technology is the leading industry of microelectronics technology and the he high-speed dispensing technology is the key factor for microelectronics packaging technology to realize industrialization, based on the precision of dispensing and the requirement of the dispensing efficiency is increasing, from the traditional contact point glue dispensing technology is to make the transition to non-contact dispensing, non-contact dispensing with high speed, precise, without being limited by the space and a series of advantages But due to the injection point glue process affected by many factors and interaction between different affecting factors, this makes engineering personnel in the design and improvement in the process of the rubber valve encounters the bottleneck of large, so we need to use theoretical knowledge combined with the actual point glue process to extract the key influencing factors.Based on the above, based on enterprise and using the powerful CAE technology to high speed dispensing process simulation analysis, study of the factors that affect the quality of dispensing mechanism, and use the method of orthogonal experimental design and repeated analysis of variance to concluded that significantly influence factors.Firstly, according to the working principle of high speed dispensing valve flow characteristics in the process of injection colloid and firing pin dynamics analysis, we use Fluent software to establish two-dimensional high-speed dispensing process model. To different ways of firing pin and nozzle’s influence on the dispensing velocity, nozzle diameter and length on local high position and the influence of multiple spray adhesive work cycle of the nozzle characteristic curve of the mass flow rate and time are more detailed analyzed.Secondly, using the test equipment combined with simulation analysis are used to get the conclusion of the factors affecting the quality of dispensing for the experiment of a single variable analysis, through the characteristic curve of preliminary clear key factors affecting the quality of dispensing, and in the process of dispensing the summary of the major factors and evaluation index system.Finally, according to actual needs of the enterprise combining simulation and single variable test results to the influential factors of the effect of dispensing filtered, using orthogonal table arrangement experiment, by using the theory of orthogonal and Minitab software to analyze the test results, and determine the key influence factors and the best combination of technological level, for the enterprise to further design and improvement of plastic valve provide the theoretical support and reference data.
