Micro dispensing technology has a wide range of applications,such as microelectronic packaging,biotechnology,nano manufacturing,etc.With the trend of miniaturization,function integration and manufacturing flexibility of electronic components,the bonding method and process of micro parts have higher requirements in the process of micro assembly.In the bonding process,it is difficult to realize the miniaturization,high consistency and high precision dispensing,to find out the influence of process parameters on dispensing quality characteristics and to determine dispensing process parameters.It is also an important grasp to realize the leap of product quality.In view of the hot spot of bonding technology—micro dispensing technology,this paper studies the experimental mechanism of dispensing system,analyzes the types of forces acting on the fluid and the composite action between forces from the micro perspective;analyzes various influencing factors of dispensing experiment according to the mechanical structure of micro dispensing system,and based on the micro fluid mechanics formula and geometry The analysis model of dispensing quantity was established,the quantitative relationship of various factors on dispensing performance was deduced,the influence rule of experimental parameters on dispensing performance was summarized based on numerical simulation;the empirical model of micro dispensing based on artificial neural network was established,the correlation between main process parameters and spot diameter was judged,and the influence degree was improved by using correlation coefficient,the process parameters are determined by using the empirical model when the target spot diameter is known.Through a large number of single variable experiments,the influence of the experimental parameters obtained from the analytical model and numerical simulation on the dispensing performance was verified.The primary and secondary order of the influence of the process parameters on the diameter of the adhesive spot was proved by the orthogonal experiment.Finally,the reliability of the empirical model of micro dispensing based on artificial neural network and the feasibility of the estimation method of process parameters are verified by the empirical model verification experiment.
