With the high-speed development of microelectronics packaging in China, the technology of auger pump dispensing is widely applied to the chip packaging and circuit assembly because of its high efficiency, high precision and wide accommodation. However, nowadays all the equipments of the auger pump dispensing are supplied by foreign companies with high prices. And at home there has been inadequate research of the auger pump dispensing. Therefore, it is of great significance to do research on this technology.This thesis, based on a self-build auger pump dispensing system, is intended to give a detail analysis about the assembling of the auger pump dispensing system, aiming at designing a driving controller for pump with accordance to the requirements of system assembly. The dispensing effect is seriously affected due to the errors of system and substrate In order to solve this problem, we adopt a way of software-compensating to control the error data from checking practical fluid dispensing process, which makes the system highly precise.As there are many variables to affect the dispensing effect and the mechanism among them is too complex, we should simplify these variables into a single one through the experiential research. On the current experiential condition of fluid dispensing, we have conducted a quantitative analysis about the influence of changing the dispensing height and the time of driving-motor to the size of fluid dispensing and its consistency, aiming to identify the dimensions of the above parameters to make fluid dispensing effect no more than ten percent.Furthermore, in order to probe into the flowing rate of the auger pump dispensing theoretically, according to the auger pump pressure, the theory of pumping and the theoretical flowing model to set up auger pump, we also have counted and analyzed the flowing rate of the auger pump. Thanks to the auger pump dispensing by microelectronic package, we have probed into the relation between the flowing rate and the structure of auger pump.
