The Research And Development Of Prepreg’s Automatic Cutting Machine

As the printed circuit board(PCB) and copper clad laminate(CCL) production refinement,the product quality requirements are also increasing, cleaner production and environment of prepreg cutting workshop and the health of operators also increased significantly.This thesis combined with infrared heating technology and mechanical cutting to deal with the prepreg cutting machine, to come up with independent intellectual property rights,for the purpose of high precision and dust-free prepreg automatic cutting devices,to solve the technical problems existing in prepreg cutting devices such as white layer,hierarchical,dust,nap and so on. So that our advanced technology prepreg cutting equipment reliability and quality reached the international advanced level, thus making China PCB, CCL processing technology to a new level.This paper structured solid modeling for the automatic cutter machine using the three-dimensional solid modeling software Solidworks, using self-developed programming Siemens soft STEP7Micro/WINSP6written for the control procedures,and the use of Schneider touch screen interface development process Vijeo Designer design the control interface, thus completing the development of automatic cutting machine control system.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:(1) Explored different methods of prepreg cutting and corresponding theoretical researches are included for the infrared heating technology applied to the prepreg cutting.(2) Design the overall structural based on the main technical requirements of prepreg automatic cutting machine,to build a three-dimensional model of the machine with Solidworks3D modeling software, mainly include three detailed design of slitting modules,crosscutting modules, feeding module.(3) Completed development and design work of automatic cutting machine control system.The main part of the hardware circuit design completed the design of master circuit and the selection of electrical components,software development section completed the PLC program writing and control interface design. (4) Completed the installation and commissioning of prepreg automatic cutting machine,and carry out experiments to verify the effect of infrared heating technology in solving the problem brought by the current PCB industry prepreg cutting,such as pp dust,glass fibers falling and so on, which will pollute the environment and cause the physical and psychological harm to the staff.
