With the rapid development of science and the rapid increase of the calculation level,the requirement of control system is increasingly strict,intelligent control technology has become an indispensable tool to control field,is getting the increasing attention of the researchers.Internal model control is a new type of intelligent control theory,and it has strong robustness in the field of industrial process control,at the same time,it is easy to design because of simple structure,and it has convenient online setting,so development is particularly rapid in recent years.At the same time,the combination of internal model control and other intelligent control methods has been a research trend in recent years,and its control effect is more obvious.At the same time,with the improvement of mathematical modeling in the process of industrial level,a lot of process model has been from the integer order extended to the fractional order field,and many systems in the actual industrial process are fractional order,so in recent years,the fractional order control technology has been attract more and more people's attention.Heating systems in the process of heat conduction has the problem of uncertain system parameters and it is difficult to build precise system model,so considering the internal model control has the advantage in system parameter uncertainty,this paper adopted a fractional order internal model control scheme,and designed the fractional order internal model controller,good to tackle the problem of the system parameters uncertainty and the controller is verified by simulation has better control effect compared with integer one,in particular,it has a great advantage in system robustness.Secondly,in order to take good use of the advantages of internal model control and more convenient on-site practical application,I combined the internal model control with the fractional order PID control,and designed the fractional order internal model control PID controller,the controller design method not only has the advantage in large time delay and parameter uncertainty,and reduces the complexity of conventional fractional PID design optimization algorithm.For the blindness of the fractional order IMC-PID parameters selection,this article's innovation is that the largest sensitivity of the parameter setting method in integer order control system is used in fractional order controller design,at last,this method obtained good control performance compared with the other method.Finally,on the basis of the fractional order IMC-PID controller,the optimization design is carried out,and the two-degree-of-freedom fraction order IMC-PID controller is designed,and the controller has only two variable parameters,and the parameter setting is convenient.The simulation results shows that the controller overcome the deficiency of the single degree of freedom fractional order PID controller,and it has good characteristics of target tracking and interference suppression at the same time,and it is proves that the parameter setting method is effective.
