Withthe News, Oriental Horizon, Topics in Focus and other commentary TV programscame into the public’s view; this new type of program has been rooted in all levels ofradio, television. A large number of commentary programs have emerged in local TVstations, like News Perspective from Shanghai TV, Social Aspect from GuangdongTV, Social Perspective from Nanjing TV and so forth. It makes the traditional mediacommentary into a flouring stage.Under this circumstance, network comment is developing rapidly. During thefirst developing decade, original comment appeared in the form of forum or blog. Network comment finds its win-win way to get along with traditional media comment.Forum and blog share something in common with traditional media comment in termsof means and content; the appearance of micro-blog made network comment itsunique way. In August,2009, Sina opened its micro-blog as the starting point; theother main four domestic websites followed this step also. Therefore, domesticnetwork comment has been entering a new stage.
