Technical advantages of electric vehicle energy saving, environmentalprotection, will help transform the world’s energy, lithium ion power batteryis one of the most important parts in the electric vehicle, the management systemsoftware control algorithm becomes more and more mature, in order to adapt tothe modern automotive electronic software increasing trend, based on theinternational standard software "AUTOSAR"., combined with BMS control,application of dSPACE tool chain--SystemDesk and TargetLink completed thework of simulation and test of BMS software algorithm module division and thevirtual function bus VFB.This paper puts forward "algorithm software component development" controlAUTOSAR standard based on BMS, the purpose is to master and the formation ofadvanced technology and R&D means for power battery management system softwarealgorithm development and optimization, improve the ability of independentdevelopment of product optimization design and experimental verification. Thechapter is allocated as follows:The first chapter, firstly introduces the background and significance ofproposed by AUTOSAR standard, research status and development trend of theinternational BMS system.The second chapter, mainly introduces the AUTOSAR system architecture anddevelopment method. On the basis of analyzing the entire AUTOSAR developmenttool chain, the specific implementation tool to select dSPACE products--SystemDesk and TargetLink software as the AUTOSAR solution.The third chapter, according to the function requirement of BMS,application of Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow software to establish a controlprocess of the BMS system, strategy and algorithm presented in this paper, as the basis of division of BMS software components.The fourth chapter, the SystemDesk tool to complete the software componentarchitecture design based on BMS. Firstly, introduces the concept anddefinition of software components; secondly, according to the softwarearchitecture design, hardware topology design and network communication designare examples of the development.The fifth chapter, SystemDesk completed the software architecture of BMSsimulation environment based configuration, the configuration and Simulationof VFB system by using SystemDesk tools, including ECU configuration, RTE codegeneration, VPU compiled simulation, by setting the BMS simulation conditionsand excitation signal, simulation results prove the correctness of the BMSsoftware architecture.The sixth chapter, the summary and prospect.
