With the development of technology related to computer, internet andcommunications, there are great theoretical and utilized values for applying newtechnology into finance logistics and impawning supervision, which could greatlyreduce cost for corporate finance impawning supervision, enhance corporateefficiency and fully promote its overall productivity and efficiency. In this age markedby information and knowledge, the informatization of finance logistics impawningsupervision, also as the sign of logistics corporate management informatizationdevelopment, is of significant meaning to modern management of logistics corporate,which can also meet basic needs for corporate informatization, thus further laying thefoundation for improving corporate profitability as well as working performance.This paper mainly discusses the design and implementation of finance logisticsimpawning supervision system. The software system has also been applied in actualruntime environment, whose online running proves to be rather stable after long-timetest and trials. Meanwhile, a reasonable and unified design has been adopted for allports at the very beginning of the designing phase in consideration of new subjectsbrought about by future business and technological development, in which itspreciseness has been proved in the subsequent works. It has provided valuelessexperience and meaning for this paper. This platform is an information managementsystem designed for finance logistics impawning on the basis of B/S structure,including logon system, main screen, goods arrival, goods receipt, delivery, systemsetup, warehouse management, impawning supervision and other modules.The first part systematically extends current demands for finance logisticsimpawning supervision information system, research development status and researchmethods. In the next second part, it mainly introduces design principle of B/Sstructure and SQL design basics by adopting basic ideas of software engineering, andexplains the future development direction for this system. The third part carefullydescribes system demands, design target and principle, the whole process andmodules design as well as system structure design and functions, which mainlyanalyzes system structure and database as well as business process logics. In the fourth part, it mainly focuses on main codes used for system development and otheroperating methods of all modules during the development phase, and extends onbusiness procedures and operating processes. The fifth part describes system test stepsand methods in details, defines the points which should be noted during the codeverification and introduces relevant software used for testing. The last partsummarizes the paper, explains the macro-development of future logistics andforecasts the main points and development direction for future work and study.This paper fully researches and studies the research status and results aboutfinance logistics impawning supervision system at home and abroad, collects basicfunctions and business requirements, and borrows newest system design concept.Based on the knowledge of full business process and data flow for the financelogistics impawning supervision, this paper designs a kind of online finance productswarehouse management platform system related to finance logistics impawningsupervision. It follows software engineering concept to develop the prototype systemby designing the system in the principle of flexibility and compatibility. Test resultproves it could work stably and scientifically to improve the efficiency of financelogistics system and automation level in an effective way, which would lead to animproved modernization and automation level for the entire impawning process.
