Consumers’ risk awareness has improved after the global financial storm which causedby the sub-prime crisis in America. And most of banks pay more attention to consumerbanking business. So that the competition of personal banking business relies heavily onconsumers’ experience.Consumers chose their bank by bank’s service, facility,management ofpersonal banking business, instead of single product revenue. Even, E’ banking and mobilebanking service have spread widely. But there are still some problems to be solved after ourinvestigation and study. The first of these is by improving banking service during consumer’swaiting.Normally, most of banks try to standardize banking procedures and enhance multimediadisplays to improve consumers’ professional experience. These can cut down consumer’swaiting time and provide more information to consumers about management products.However, smart-phone using is impacting on our life widely and rapidly. If the banks canprovide free WIFI to consumer in their business offices, it will get a great progress onpersonal experiences. People can have more choice to kill waiting time and learn more aboutthe bank’s products and facilities. For this reason, China Mobile Corp. presents accuratemarketing portal platform. They connect all business sites of the bank into WLAN ofoperator’s network, and set up characteristic marketing portal in each sites. It coulddiscriminate which kind of customer terminal and browser used by consumer, then spew out aoptimal corresponding page. It create a new acceptable sales channel through free WIFI. Alsoit promote not only on information service but also adding the bank’s brand value. In addition,it could increase the promotion and business products through the portal platform.After analyzing the specific requirements of WLAN bank，the Paper proposed an effective WLAN portal solution of WLAN bank.The Portal automatically discriminate theuser’s network protocol，and spew out WAP and Web page purposefully, record consumer’sweb browsing and provide the background management functions. The bank can resetfinancial management products after analyzing all information through the platform.This system which is developed on JAVA J2EE, runs under the standard environment ofjava web application server. The core of the system use spring framework and dependencyinjection to achieve loosely coupling between each system modules. Data persistence layer isrealized by JAP technology，and presentation layer is adopted the spring MVC technology。Access control is using spring security。The presentation layer is divided into two parts,themanagement system and the data services. Management system is a standard B-S applicationsystem，using JSP on the view technology framework of presentation layer, using JSTL andJQueryUI to realize the development on web page。Also the system use Jackson program toachieve returning JSON data interpretation.The system consists of three subsystems: background service subsystem， Portalsubsystem and background management subsystem These subsystems are achieved by WLANservice,WLAN portal,WLAN administrator individually.WLAN service realize background service subsystem and enclose the portal backgroundservice function. The other systems can interact with the background service subsystemthrough all kinds of interfaces, such as the ORM mapping between database and object，theinterface of DAO database， the operation interface of client authentication and usermanagement of the background management. WLAN portal provides the logic processing anddisplay of pages for bank customer.WLAN administrator provides users’ maintenance ofbusiness logic processing and portal content PV and log query page logic processing.
