This article firstly analyzes the city electric power supply companies ofHeilongjiang province using the self-developed, tariff calculation platform system,andthis system is based on the automated meter reading data of the electric energy meteracquisition system.The system calculates daily electricity of all the usersautomatically, and the Heilongjiang Province Electric Power Company is responsiblefor the maintenance of this system.The branch companies only need to provide forthe servers for the calculation.At present the electric energy acquisition system is completed aroundHeilongjiang province,at the same time it achieves the goal of "full coverage, fullcollection, full cost control ". The electric energy acquisition system implements dailymeter reading for the five hundred and fifty thousand daily users in Heilongjiang province.It provides a theoretical basis for calculating user daily electricity, which extractshousehold electricity prices and realize the user electricity calculation.Therefore, the experts who are engaged in the electric power marketing businessfor many years, analyze the information means of Heilongjiang Electric PowerCompany roundly, also integrate the actual network channels, software systems andhardware conditions in order to put forward the design of a complete set of theelectricity computing platform. It uses the model of provincial company’s heat and thecity bureau in distributed computing.This article designs the physical architecture, the electricity computing systemhard wares, the system software architecture, the function module, the database designmodel, the monitoring system and the security system in detail, also makes the overallplanning and design for the integration of business module and adaptability, dataresource sharing and the maneuverability of the application. We research the use ofelectric power marketing management system mature technology and the detaileddesign in order to create the efficient electricity computing platform.Now the system is popularized and applied throughout the province, the StateGrid Corporation has passed the various functions of the system safety assessment.
