Electricity marketing management occupies an important position in electrical supply enterprise. According to the needs of electricity marketing system reform, Jixi Electricity Power Bureau of Heilongjiang Province started the construction of basing electricity marketing management system enterprise on information. According to the recent business management procedures of enterprises, constructing the whole marketing process, supervising the whole posts, managing multi-level electricity marketing management information system and forming marketing data center centering on Electricity Power Bureau, which achieved management style with features of the whole marketing posts, the whole marketing process, marketing data centralization .This kind of management style provides timely and accurate data support for enterprise electricity marketing management and decision-making, improving the management level of enterprise electricity marketing. This kind of management style can achieve the goal of increasing supply and broadening sales. It also gains maximized social effect and economic benefit.As a QA engineer on developing electricity marketing management system, I took part in the construction of electricity marketing management system during the whole process. This paper is based on management methods and applied technology I concluded during the developing process of electricity marketing management system..Electricity marketing management system is needed to complete four parts: customer service support system, electricity marketing business management system, electricity marketing working quality management system, interface system with bank, telecom department and so on.. Customer service support system includes customer service system, touch enquiry system. Electricity marketing business management system includes such subsystem: broadening business subsystem, energy charge management subsystem, measurement management subsystem, power supply check subsystem, refunds of the prior management and electricity price management subsystem, supply and use of electric power contract management subsystem, Marketing Accounts management subsystem, arrear management subsystem, customer supporting subsystem and so on. These systems can meet the needs of routine business of electricity marketing. Electricity marketing working quality management system includes these subsystems: working business management system, business check management subsystem, general information enquiry management subsystem, marketing statistical analysis management subsystem, marketing document management subsystem, Marketing staff profiles management subsystem, interface systems with bank, telecom and other departments include power supply enterprise network interface, Real-time Payment interface, Electricity savings interface, telephone bill service interface, Internet Payment interface.During the process of developing electricity marketing management system, I selected the developing process of Rational Unified Process. Applying Unified Modeling Language to carry on business modeling, design and modeling tools, Applying object-oriented analysis and design philosophy to analyze electricity marketing management system, then we turn design model to executable software system. Electricity marketing management system applies mixed mode of B/S and C/S to carry out construction, and apply both modes to their primary position. C/S developing business system applies Delphi to explore, B/S internet subscribers supporting system , general information enquiry management subsystem applies J2EE framework technology to explore.At the beginning of project, divide business layers of electricity marketing management and make sure the boundary and region of project management, make sure development cycle, plan and interim milestones of the project.Design the framework of electricity marketing management system during the period of system business modeling. Making analysis of electricity marketing management fields, setting use-case model and field model of system and carrying on demand analysis of system.During the period of designing system, I apply object-oriented design philosophy and choose Rational Rose to complete design model and UI design of electricity marketing management system .Design model includes system class diagram ,analysis class diagram and sequence map, these models instruct the construction of system.During the period of designing data base, I design the data base of electricity marketing management system. I also describe how to turn to system data base design from concept model of electricity marketing management system and form E-R diagram of system and physical structure of data base. Electricity marketing management system applies Oracle10G.During the period of system construction,I turn design model to system realization .I apply delphi7 to complete each business system under C/S model. Spring, ibatis,Ajax,JQuery and other technology under J2EE framework were applied to finish the coding operation of customer supporting system.I compiled system test use case during system test period and did system integration testing. I applied loadRunner9 pressure testing tool to carry on performance assessment. How to use loadRunner9 pressure testing tool was introduced. Electricity marketing management system applied RUP thought iteratively push system forward. I chose use case to drive in each iteration cycle .By analysising, designing, constructioning ,testing, rebuilding, publishing and so on ,spendable software products can be sent to customers in each iteration cycle. These increasingly to and fro go on and lasted for 14 month software development phase, electricity marketing management system eventually become online, achieving good social effect and economic benefit.
