Design And Applacation Of Mongolia Graduates And Employers Bidirectional Choice Obtaining-Employment Management System

As far as foreign students are concerned in Inner Mongolia University, Mongolian students are most part of those. As is known widely, foreign student is the bridge of countries as well as some kind of precious education source. The paper is intended to solve the employment problem of graduate student from Mongolia in China. The mean is to develop a Mongolian graduates and employers bidirectional-choice obtaining-employment management system. The system using ASP.NET technology and My SQL database technology for the development of tools to development based on B/S structure of graduates management system.The system has several functions, such as issue job information, deliver resume, job recommend, bidirectional-choice. The job recommend portion takes the method of ID3decision tree algorithm and construct a decision tree analysis model and classification rules. This paper put forward a bidirectional-choice arithmetic, on the one hand make graduates more clearly understand their employment status, On the other hand allow enterprises to more easily find relevant personnel.Management system implemented in this paper makes contact job management and vocational colleges closer, so as to reduce the pressure of employment and that of job management to make it quicker and more efficient.
