University management mainly consists of Admissions and employment in theirown development. With the market-oriented college enrollment and employment ofgraduates, difficult employment has become both a universal phenomenon and asevere development problem, many Universities have saved a lot of years of universitystudents employment data, most of the universities only use them as a simplequery-archive processing.In order to fully take advantage of these data and explore, the associationbetween the presence of data and mining graduate employment, and the relationshipbetween the employment of graduates and university teaching, the paper processes andanalyzes these data, offering learning to prospective graduates of colleges anduniversities and capacity-building guidance for schools to provide scientific basis forplanning and guidance on the employment of university students, making schooldevelop better and faster.According to our current employment situation, the paper collects talent marketsurvey data about the history of the university graduates, it establishes a databasesuitable for the research methods as graduates of data analysis. Technical means isselected from the data mining technology to build analysis model, so are modelanalysis, validation and the use of the building model, with an eye to analyze the dataof graduates and to predict the whims of the employment success of graduates.From the characteristics of the subject research, the paper conducts an analysisof a variety of methods of data mining and selects decision tree mining method, theexample application, the results were analyzed on the decision tree algorithm ID3algorithm, proposing improvements for its shortcomings. The principle of thealgorithm is improved with the description by analyzing experiments in contrast withthe experimental results of the improved algorithm and analysis, summing up thesuperiority of the improved algorithm in mining accuracy rate, the number of rules,and it also illustrates the effectiveness of the improved algorithm.The Employment Analysis Model of universities in employment factors plays agreat important part in terms of employment factor, the development of personneltraining program, teaching program and universities admission, which rendersuniversities develop faster and better.
