Research On Application Of Fuzzy Clustering And Decision Tree Classification Algorithm In Higher Vocational Students' Employment

In recent years, China strengthened the development of vocational education. The employment problem of graduates was increasing year by year, which also aroused widespread concern in the community. With the reform of vocational education mode, the ministry of education put forward to promote the vocational requirements of students'employability. How to improve the students'employability became the key research issue of occupation education institutions at all levels.The data mining technology is designed to dig out valuable information from a large number of data. It is currently a hot research field of computer and widely be used in all aspects of society. In this paper, the data mining technology is used in the field of education, using the objects of data mining from the existing schools'data desktop. The use of cluster and classification techniques of data analysising can been dig out from the related information which can effectting the students' employment ability.The clustering is the important technology in the data mining field, which is used to classify the objects in a data set,made the objects in the same cluster similar to each others, while the objects are in different clusters highly dissimilar. The technology of Fuzzy Clustering is the combination of Fuzzy Theory and cluster technology.It has changed the traditional clustering that puts object in either clusters. This paper describes that the fuzzy c means algorithm to process the data and analyze the results. After the collecting, Extraction, cleaning, integration, transformation, reduction of the data,It can get the highly valuable information, which make students and other relevant information as the analyzing objects.Classification techniques is used to extract important class data model from the database which contain a large amount of datas. Decision tree is one of the most effective methods in classification technology. This paper focuses on the comparative analysis of the C4.5 algorithm and its improved algorithm R-C4.5. Based on analyzing and studying the general algorithm of decision tree,which using the students employment related datas as the analysis object.The paper uses R-C4.5 algorithm to construct the decision tree and analyze it and get some information affected the employment which can provided a basis for education and taught institutions and ultimately enhanced the employment ability of college students.
