Inland waterway transport is an important part of comprehensive transportation system in our country, along with the rapid development of shipping technology and the increase of shipping demand, the traditional shipping information interaction patterns also exposed some shortcomings. For example, the role of modern information technology in the management of inland shipping has not been exerted fully, industry informatization construction relative lag, waterway not to establish a sound management information services and inland shipping management platform which can provide shipping information in time, make the ship to brake for a long time, increased the burden of ship’s fuel consumption and operating cost, influence the better development of inland river shipping industry. Therefore ascension shipping information interaction efficiency, speed up the construction of shipping information, especially important to the development of our country inland waterway transport.In the above context, this paper analyzes the present situation of inland waterway transport information resources, with Micro message public development platform, accessing Guangxi shiplock scheduling system,to build a Micro message service, and the application of jurisdiction in Guangxi Port Management Bureau, such as Guiping, Changzhou,Xijin shiplock.Implements the west guangxi section of the ship lock scheduling the sharing of information, accelerate the shipping information interaction.To sum up, the main contents are as follows:(1) Interface based on public platforms, Web servers, databases, and Java technologies, build app public platform shipping information service-oriented architecture.Completed the custom menu, XML packet parsing and transformation, receive messages and corresponding packaging, shipping information, etc.(2) For Xijiang ship lockage scheduling needs of business procedures and information services,Design platform based on micro-channel public service vessel lockage process to achieve a binding member, lockage reporting and information exchange and other functional modules to meet the functional departments offer free ship docked lockage declare basic needs, help improve ship the lockage efficiency.(3) Lockage Schedule system based and shore-based AIS data, implement lockAge query function,For ship reasonably arrange voyage, avoid lock congestion, alleviate the pressure of the lock has a certain reference function.
