Research And Implementation Of Key Technology Of Workflow Platform Based On SaaS Model

In recent years, with the continuous development of Internet technology and cloud computing technology and the depth of integration, SaaS(SoftWare as a Service) model as a new type of commercial operation mode came into being. Accompanied by countries of digitization and informatization process continues to advance, in response to the national "paperless, office automation and information," the call, more and more government and enterprises began to establish an information platform, and the realization of automation, information technology is the core of industry and trade flow technology. The traditional information software development mode has the following disadvantages such as long development cycle, high cost, high maintenance cost and process definition. And SaaS operating mode with its low development costs, low maintenance costs and easy to use and so on to go to all walks of life. Along with the development of the SaaS model, the data security, data expansion and multi tenant can be configured and so on, these problems need to be solved.To solve the above problems, this paper uses SaaS model and workflow technology combined as the breakthrough point, do the following research on the key technology of SaaS model and workflow technology. Firstly, a set of security strategy for multi tenant data under the SaaS mode of security problems, several aspects of the strategy from the data storage, data access, the tenant transmission design to ensure the safety of tenants’ data; secondly, according to the multi tenant data expansion problem, the traditional data model in-depth research and analysis, combined with their own actual need to design a XML based data extension and distribution field model of mixed model program, through comparative analysis with traditional data expansion, the hybrid data expansion model has good expansibility, high flexibility and strong adaptability, the hybrid model not only meets the multi tenant data expansion Demand a high degree of development, but also to meet the tenants of the data expansion flexible demand; finally, based on SaaS model can configuration formed a set of activiti web process designer and function configuration based on scheme, the scheme design is mainly for platform function, flow process and logo service configuration, the configuration scheme makes a tenant can be simple and quick on-demand customized service platform tenants to use web process designer can easily complete the process definition and modification, and greatly improve the working efficiency.The main research work and contribution of this paper is to design a data expansion model, set up a set of data security policy, and form a set of configurable scheme. Applying these techniques to the workflow platform, the security of tenant data is greatly improved, the development cost and maintenance cost are reduced, and the adaptability is enhanced, and the working efficiency of the enterprise is improved. SaaS Model in this paper, the design of the workflow platform with distinctive multi tenant, configuration characteristic, realizes the multi tenant on-demand customized service function, arrived at the effect of the information platform to build enterprise fast, convenient and cheap.
