Design And Realization Of Saas-Based Workflow Management System

Enterprise Informationization Construction has made wonderful achievements by the development of database technology and network communication technology, it not only be able to better control and monitor the workflow during industrial production and management, but also fully optimized the business workflow processes and the business operational rules. During the process of promoting the diversification of business processes, the currently popular major workflow management system faced challenges given by the high concurrent business, data security and the chosen on software layout model. This paper gives a salvation, SaaS-based workflow management systems, that not only solve the problems mentioned above, but also deepen and refine the management and monitoring of the workflow business project to meet the general requirements of the small and medium enterprises. Therefore, the research and development of the SaaS-based workflow management system is of great significance.On the basis of studying the current popular trends of the workflow automaton model, the SaaS software layout model as well as the BPEL service, and then analysis the system requirement and design purpose, the paper put forward a SaaS-based workflow management system. The paper designs and implements the automata-based workflow engine, and designs the object model of the system, the control module,the permission module,the system scope module and initialization model as well as the message exchange module. The paper state two concepts from SaaS model, one is the tenant and the other is worksite, which runs well in the system and draw out the overall architecture of the system. The site module and tenant business module achieve to separate the business logic from business data to keep each of them safe. Site management module is designed for mange the relationship between the site module and the tenant module. Tenant manage module is set to control data operational permission and the workflow execution permission by the operator’s role.By testing an instance of the system, the workflow management system can do well good to support the requirements of the enterprise business processes, as long time and stable work, the system achieve the expected effect of the design.
