It’s more popular to use new media such as internet and digital screens to transmitinformation. The digital technology of new media can establish a connection andinteraction with users, which provides users with autonomously browsing informationby touching or sliding interface. The information showed by interface of new media isthe digital performance of paper, graphic and information of the traditional physicalmedia. The performance of digital technology expands the connotation and denotationof the format and provides a new chance to it.The format design of new media changes from the traditional single mode tomultimedia publishing which makes two dimensions more active, rich andthree-dimensions along with more infectious of the format to provide interesting andeffective browse for users. So the version innovation of new media should be paidmore attention to integration of art design and internet technology, especially thecombination with interactive technology.Starting from the influence of format design of new media and taking webinterface and mobile phone application interface as examples, this paper has a study offormat development from still to move then to innovation under the influence ofinteractive effect.
