Portable network failure test instrument is a test equipment to conduct network analysis, network management and resolution of network malfunctions. And human-computer interactive interface (HCII) refers to the convergence of human and hardware and software. And it is an interface with transmission and exchange of the information between human and equipment. The input and output equipment of this instrument are touchscreen and liquid crystal display (LCD). Its truss is ARM and embedded linux system. The design of the HCII uses graphics user interface (GUI) way. This way makes HCII more visual and humanization.Combining with developing of portable network fault test instrument, analyzing function requirements of this instrument, and using MiniGUI system, this paper designs the HCII of this instrument. And the main content includes the following parts. Firstly, the total designs of human-computer-interactive (HCI) system. Analyzing function requirements of portable network fault test instrument, it affirms that the task of this thesis is providing HCI information to the instrument with GUI. Comparing many kinds of embedded GUI system which are prevailing at present, we chose MiniGUI as the embedded GUI support system to design the HCII finally. Then it affirms the communication relationship between HCII software and function implement software in the whole software truss.Secondly, the concrete software implements of display and input parts: The bottom of MiniGUI is graphic and input abstract layer. They provide graphic interface of bottom and input interface of touch screen. So the designing of HCII include two parts: display and output. The main content of display part is carrying out graphic user interface. Designing the style of interface, this paper shows the arithmetic flow of window implement and event springing. And the major task of input part is programming the IAL input engine of touch screen, then bringing forward the arithmetic of key functions and the mapping of physical coordinate and pixel coordinate.Thirdly, porting and debugging of software. The porting of software means transplanting a programme, which can be run stably in a hardware plat, to another plat.
