RF transceiver channel is an important circuit module. When the radio frequency circuit is in a transmission status, the signal will go through upper frequency transmit, filtering and power amplification in the transmission path; When the RF circuit is in a receiving status, it will have the opposite function as in the sending status. This thesis, based on ADS radio frequency simulation software, fee uses on the component module of radio frequency transceiver channel and conducts a detailed analysis and design on the system and the module. In conceptual terms, the author of this thesis discusses the basic framework of the radio frequency transceiver module, design principles and related technical indicators. In terms of the cuicuit design, this paper provides the design of such main modular circuits as Low-noise Amplifier, Mixer, Switch Filter and Dgital attenuator. In the process of designing, the circuit has been constantly simulated and optimised with ADS as the main auxiliary software in ordef to improve the performance of the circuit and reduce the debugging difficulty. The working frequency in this thesis is380MHz-480MHz. The receiving module need to converse, filter or amplify the RF signal with the frequency of380MHz-480MHz and power of-40dBm to IF signal with frequency of50MHz and power of10dBm±1.5dBm, while requiring noise figure of LNA in the receiving channel is no more than3.5dB. The transmitter module converses, filters or amplifies the IF signal with frequency of50MHz and power of-8dBm to RF signal with output frequency of380MHz-480MHz, the signal power no less than23dBm, the fluctuation band±1.5dB and the vibration suppression no less than45dB.The feasibility analysis, selection of embodiment, the design of specific circuits and other preparatory work guarantee the smooth conduct of this thesis. The test result proves that the indicators of the design meet the demand of the program and can be effectively applied to related RF circuits.
