The Research Of China Mobile Communication Group Ningxia Company’s Network Operation Support System

China mobile communications group co., LTD., Ningxia (which is short for Ningxia mobile) takes on a series of maintenance management works such as professional network and communication network in our country. These professional networks such as the data transmission network, signaling support network, core network and wireless communication network have become the main part of modern communication. Ningxia mobile is confronted with fierce competition in domestic telecommunication market, under this situation, it not only focuses on the continuous expansion of transmission, expansion of network, increase the number of the base stations, development of businesses, but also actively carries out the construction of OSS system. The construction speed of communication network and network support system is very fast, has greatly improved services quality and support ability, however, with the development of new technology for communication and the increase demand of communication service system, the problem of upgrading old communication system in order to meet the communication needs has become an imminent problem, at the same time, the built of new support system has become an important task. Underthe fierce market competition, the works on network operation and maintenance are both in the process of transition, mainly in the following three points:First change:the management changed from traditional upon Network Element (NE) and KPI centric into upon the end-to-end service and customer sense oriented.Second changes:the management transforms from the public network element to the overall consideration of industry application, industry application platform, home application and the entrance door of application terminal.Third change:the transformation of post to the whole life cycle of the management.In order to improve the efficiency of supporting network operation and maintenance management and achieve the above three changes, the author bases on further theory study of TMF,TOM, eTOM and NGOSS and brings them into the introduction of mobile network operation and maintenance management system of Ningxia. Theauthor combines with the design of the eTOM and operation management system structure, aims to planning and designing the communication network operation and theoverall architecture management system from a global perspective, taking unified model as the guide. The network operation support system will give strong support ofcentralized operation of Ningxia Mobile and solve many problems of existing construction system, successfully help fulfill the strategic development goals of Ningxia mobile enterprise’s, to help realize its status of the pillars of the information society and outstanding quality of the creator.
