Research And Implementation Of Operation Support Subsystem Of Member Management System

With the rapid development of the Internet,building commercial channels with the Internet shows huge advantages against traditional offline method.It needs an applicative operation support system to bind the online management with offline channels.In this thesis,an operation support system is designed and implemented to meet the requirement of O2O member management system.This system is able to manage the shops that settled in,and the owner of the shops can manage the business on the platform.Except business management and data statistics which usual operation support system can provide,this system provides real time visual data analysing function,which is convenient for user to get consult while making business decission.Firstly,the requirement analysis of the whole system is conducted respectively,and the functional requirements of the client are defined.Based on the requirement analysis,the technology and the structure of the system is decided.The web server of the system,which accomplishes business management function,is built with ThinkPHP.The data analyzing server id built with Java,and connected with the web server by PHP/Java Bridge.In the chapter of the detailed design and implementation,the specific functions of each module is described,and the procedure of the interaction inside the modules is described by means of using sequence chart.Besides,a no-intervention sales prediction model is established.Then,in the following chapter the development environments are shown,and the functional tests for modules and verification for the system in the simulation environment are conducted.Finally,the contents of the client part of product design tool oriented to mobile application was summarized,deficiencies and possible improvements of the system are proposed.
