Compared with the traditional ITS system,the intelligent traffic command and dispatch system combines traffic management departments' overall understanding of the transportation situation,comprehensive management,and emergency event handling.As an example of an advanced traffic management system,the intelligent traffic command and dispatch system is a sustainable advanced traffic management system through a combination of multiple media such as networks.mobile phones,electronic maps,electronic screens,and graphic graphics.Cities and regions can achieve huge benefits by coordinating and promoting the construction of ITS.Through the interaction between the system and the management department,it provides a unified service platform for users,citizens,management personnel,and operators,improves government financial investment returns,and improves the efficiency of transportation deployment,so as to achieve a higher level of operational and management functions in the information age.The intelligent traffic command and dispatch system is based on highway digitalization and urban infrastructure construction.It integrates the planning and layout of municipal comprehensive traffic management and uses electronic information technology to achieve the sharing of traffic information between various supervisory departments and improve human and material resources scheduling and distribution strategies.In the implementation process of the intelligent traffic command and dispatch system,the supervision of trunk roads,inland rivers,and public transport vehicles needs to be visualized,measurable,and controllable,thereby improving the overall transportation capacity and operating efficiency of the city and the surrounding areas.And control ability.The completion of the system can gradually realize the supervision of traffic operation in the entire region,and also include the improvement of the supervision and monitoring system for the informatization of the command system and the transportation industry.The establishment of an intelligent traffic command and dispatch system can also provide guidance for urban residents to provide information service support for road conditions,bus dispatch,and other situations.The intelligent traffic command and dispatch system is a coherent data processing and analysis process.The functions of each service are independent and interdependent.Through on-site information is reflected in the operation monitoring management system,and a comprehensive analysis of it.When an emergency occurs,the analysis results will be presented in the emergency command system.The interaction between the emergency command system and the on-site handlers will complete the management of the site.The design process of the intelligent traffic command and dispatch system given in this paper is in line with the standard software engineering specification.It is a system of B/S and C/S mixed structure,implemented using the mainstream Java language and JSP,including the desktop system and mobile client subsystem..Starting from system analysis and user requirements specification,this paper starts from the physical layer infrastructure and data layer of the system,builds a functional layer,a logical layer,and a presentation layer layer by layer,and divides the system into three different subsystems at the presentation layer..Functional layers and logic layers encapsulate reused interfaces and functional structures,and are designed to meet the requirements of modularity and reusability.The network topology design of the system shows the layout and scope of the system at the physical level,and intuitively explains the environmental requirements and equipment communication requirements of the system.At the same time,the detailed function point division of the intelligent traffic command and dispatch system is given,in particular,the detailed description is provided for the functional modules included in different subsystems,which provides a basis for the system implementation process.In the detailed design process,using the object-oriented structure design,the class diagram of the intelligent traffic command and dispatch system is given from the perspective of system architecture,and the reference for the programmer system implementation process is given.At the same time,for the presentation layer,a sample of the implementation of the system interface and a basic description of the operation are given,and the basic effect of the system operation is reflected through the system screenshot.The results on the system line show that the system is fully functional and meets the initial requirements of the system and user needs.
