In addition, it uses the way of online document editing to upload and download in order to complete the document submission, which is a great innovation. Compared with the traditional system, all those mentioned above achieve the good interaction with users and is really a big improvement. The software almost meets all the needs of managing college graduation design, for example, it helps instructor, students,administrators to realize setting exams, selecting exams and checking. Therefore, it is no wonder that the software provides good environment and working platform to supervise and inspect the students graduate thesis design. As time is pressing, there are still many areas need to improve and perfect and the abstract could not fully describe all aspects of graduation thesis management.
