Design And Implementation Of Graduation Thesis Management System Of KeYa College

With the rapid development of network technology enables management information systems emphasizing management, emphasizing the information in modern society has been more popular. As a private university, with more than5000students each year there are more than1,000graduate students, with an annual enrollment gradually, the number of graduates will be faced with tremendous growth, therefore, paperless management graduate thesis, not only papers can improve management efficiency and statistics, will be the school of information management thesis provide a strong basis.In this paper, on the basis of KeYa college thesis management aspects of the investigation, first of all, introduces the background and significance of research and development, the purpose of the study, described the current situation at home and abroad thesis management information system development. Secondly, according to the survey results, summarized requirements analysis, design a functional structure and division management system thesis, thesis management system functions, including the main business, while the establishment of the system using UML use case models, activity models, timing models state model. Next, a detailed description of the system design process is running, ER relational model database design and database tables. After each sub-module of the system described in detail to achieve the realization of the five statistical management sub-modules. Finally, the software testing, we designed some testing cases for the system.Test results show the various parts of the system can be normal operation, the basic realization of all the design features to meet the actual needs of the user; the system can continue to operate reliably. The thesis design management system has been deployed and put into practical use, the actual use to display the entire management information system can not only improve work efficiency thesis management, and flexibility of the system is strong.
