Research And Analysis On Management System Of Graduation Thesis (Design) Of Computer College Of Dongguan University Of Technology

Many colleges and universities still manage the graduation thesis in a traditional way. It is not only tedious but also easier for administrators to make mistakes in the work. Besides, students feel it troublesome when they need the guide’s helps but have long distance between them. If we develop a management system for graduation thesis, administration work could be more efficient.This paper describes the background of nowadays university graduation thesis, analyzes and reengineers the original process, represents the process with action diagram. Base on above, I analyze the system function, make general use cases, sub use cases and use descriptions. By describing the use, I give you a function structure and package diagram of the system. Then I analyze the demands of date, describe them with thumbnail and give out designs of date sheet by analyzing entity relationships.Finishing the research of graduation thesis management system helps grounding this whole system’s development.
