The tobacco industry logistics construction further promotes currently. It is important tospeed up the process of logistics information for integrating industry logistics resources,enhancing the level of modern logistics operation. The cigarette industry companies changelogistics philosophy, introduce the concept of modern logistics, and constantly improve thelevel of the logistics operation that shows a good development trend. The logistics work drawsmore attention to industrial enterprises in the construction of modern logistics for enhancing thecompetitiveness of enterprises. Tobacco industrial companies have integrated modern logisticsto finish scheduling platform. Based on vehicle scheduling model, application of intelligentheuristic algorithm, industry companies design and implement cigarette logistics system.Specific studies include the following three parts:(1) This article researches the logistics shipping, scheduling, service and business specificdescription of the background and context of the application of intelligent algorithm accordingto tobacco logistics supply overall chain.(2) Mathematical model of vehicle scheduling is created according to various constraintsand optimization objectives. The problem will be divided into loaded and non-full loadscheduling model according the different capacity of vehicle transport. This article focuses on atime-limited one-way non-full load scheduling model basing on the logistics business of thetobacco industry.(3) Genetic algorithm and polymorphic ant colony algorithm are discussed in depth.Basing on the original algorithm, they improved chromosome coding scheme and the antdivision, which enhances the efficiency of the implementation of the algorithm for solving thenon-full loaded scheduling model. Intelligent heuristic algorithms are applied to the tobaccoindustry enterprise logistics scheduling system and they do the comparison on performance anddifficulty.(4) By the combination of Sichuan and Chongqing Tobacco specific logistics and distribution business, the article focuses on the vehicle scheduling model and intelligentalgorithms applied to logistics and scheduling system. Instances prove that the model andalgorithm is practical and effective, achieving the intelligent vehicle scheduling, savinglogistics costs, reducing energy consumption, improving the efficiency of logistics anddistribution, economic and management benefits to the Group’s enterprises.
