With the application of RFID technology widely used in agricultural internet of things, the combination of basic elements of agricultural production and crop cultivation management, livestock and poultry breeding, irrigation, plant protection and farmers education is realized. Intelligent agriculture information technology based on RFID provides a powerful technology platform for the increase and improvement of grain production, efficiency of agriculture, farmers’ income and socialist new rural construction.This paper elaborates relevant principles and characteristics of RFID, discusses the approach for improvement of the rate of agricultural information collection and transfer by using RFID based on the method of literature research, survey research, comparative analysis and expert consulting and so on. This will provide technical support for the digitalization and standardization of agricultural products and the reduction of market risk. And this will provide information for the visualization of the production, processing, distribution, marketing and consumption of safe food supply chain and the transparent management.This paper takes Dongtai Olivier Company as an example to analyze the achievement of RFID technology in the internet of things, relying on Nanjing Agricultural University’s rural information engineering center, and also analyzes vegetable supply chain’s production, supply and sales’ project practice in the agriculture internet of things (take frozen green beans as an example), using Dongtai’s vegetable quality control digital standard system according to cooperatives’ vegetable growth standards and "Vegetables e control" platform requirements.There are many advantages using RFID in the field of agricultural internet of things. However, due to the particularity of vegetables, there are still some problems on the control throughout the digital management of vegetable’s safety and quality during the production and marketing link, information standards of the technical control, monitoring points of the critical link and so on. Building "Digital vegetables" precise management and control decision support system by using the method of digital measurement of vegetable production and environment, improving the traceability database and traceability technology of vegetable safety and quality, setting up the expert diagnostic system and so on, has solved the problems of production’s quality management and control technology successfully and effectively under the "company+farmer" production mode. It has brought farmers more productions and enabled businesses more efficiency, and it also provides solutions and technical supports to the control problems on production’s quality under the mode of Chinese professional cooperative.
