A lot of testing need to be performed before weapon equipment stereotyped, to acquireabundant performance data, so can evaluate the equipment’s performance index. Designing amulti-parameter monitoring software to acquire the key positions’ motion parameters of theexperience platform while it’s exercising, perform the data on the user interface after dataprocess and analysis. The software supplies integrated and exact data basis for theimprovement and amelioration.The software design scheme is given after analyzed user’s requirement, and developedwith modular programming method; the program is divided into communication modular,data process and analysis modular, data visualization modular and database managementmodular. The virtual instrument develop platform LabWindows/CVI is selected as the developenvironment of this design. Multi-thread technology is used in communication between uppercomputer and lower computer, data process and analysis, real-time display to ensure thereliability and real-time performance of the software. Frequency domain analysis of Sensors’outputs is processed by FFT and AutoPowerSpectrum functions in Advance Analysis Libraryof LabWindows/CVI. The monitoring data are displayed through numeric control, recordtable, real-time curves. Using OpenGL technology to develop three-dimensional attitudesimulation display, enrich the data visualization methods. Using ODBC technology and SQLToolkit to design the database management modular based on Microsoft Access, so can query,modify, insert and delete database records through monitoring software. User information,sensor parameters and experience data can be managed highly effective and convenient.This monitoring software implements the task of monitoring motion parameters of theexperience platform structure. Process, analyze, display, save sensors’ outputs in real-time.The reliability, stability, real-time performance and usability can fit the user’s requirement and design requirement.
