Design And Implement Of Shenyang Disease Prevention And Control Information System

The information management of immunization system has been given great attention by the nation. The government worked out the policies of immune programming based on accurate, timely and complete vaccination and disease monitoring information. Currently, the city and country of Shenyang only partially realized the immune counties planning information management, which is still in the stage of local management level, and unable to share information with the network. In addition, high-load work, miss vaccination, duplication of work, the wrong problems, step by step reporting and summarizing report model causing the data not accurate and timely. All these drawbacks show the conventional system cannot adapt to the requirements of current immune planning management.In this project, we focus on the urgent requirement for the daily work of CDCs(全称). First, it constitutes a standard workflow for the main business process of CDCs, and then reflects the workflow in the information system. This system will offer customer the effective methods on data collection and analysis. During the development of the system, it will build up intranet on each level of CDCs gradually, and the data will be shared among the net. This system will be helpful for convert CDC’s daily work from manual work to automatic electron-calculation, and to attain a higher level.This article elaborates the Shenyang disease prevention and control information system. This system lives up to the information of children immune vaccination and monitoring vaccination to the subordinate units from Disease control departments. System composed by the software using by inoculating units(the client software) and the software using by management agencies(the municipal platform).(1) The client software:independent implementation of vaccination related to various types of business and management, rely on the information network and the municipal platform interconnection, provide according to the management pattern of citizens live vaccination.(2) Municipal platform:rely on the information network platform, acquisition and analysis the client’s data; provide data query function for the city of CDC centers or other relevant departments. This paper mainly discusses the design and implementation of client system and municipal platform system. The system has been in actual use, and achieved the desired purpose. It also received the good appraisement from the Shenyang CDC and Shenyang health Bureau.
