With the rapid development of China's social economy and the rapid growth of the domestic population base,the density of population living in various regions has also increased linearly.The prevention and control of infectious diseases has become an important part of the national public health service system.The prevention and control of disease is the most effective and economical way to promote and maintain the health of citizens.However,the prevention and control of the disease is also facing more and more difficult challenges.In recent years,the spread of different diseases in our country has not been brought under immediate control.The healthy living and socio-economic development of the residents have caused certain The impact of the degree,so how should the effective response to disease control work,has become the city at all levels of disease control center is facing major problems.It is of great significance to develop a disease control and prevention management system to support the prevention and treatment of disease and inhibit the spread and spread of infectious diseases in the district and county CDC in response to the current situation of population development and the trend of disease transmission.In this paper,the background and development of disease prevention and control at home and abroad are described in this paper.Through the deep understanding of the main work of disease prevention and control,we can grasp the key role of disease prevention and control in our country's social development.After the detailed introduction to the system development process which used to the core technology,including: database technology,J2 EE technology architecture,Spring MVC architecture.Secondly,in view of the current disease prevention and control work in Yuyang District of Yulin City and the problems that need to be solved,this paper introduces the functional requirements of this system,including: personal health records,regular pregnancy check,rights management,query and statistics Four modules,which personal health records for different types of patients,and subdivided into: chronic disease management,maternal health care,child care,psychiatric management,management of the disabled,the elderly management of the six sub-modules;non-functional requirements of the system Taking into account the system's maintainability,scalability,integrity,security,ease of use and so on.Then,the architecture,database and physical topology of the system are designed rationally.Combined with the characteristics of disease control and prevention,the detailed design and implementation of each module are given,including flow chart,sequence diagram,class diagram,System class method description and so on.After the system is completed,the functional test and the non-functional test are carried out.Through the analysis of the test results,the feasibility and validity of the disease prevention and control management system in the district and county can meet the requirements of the design The current large number of community residents to establish their own personal health records management,and the system will remind the doctor responsible for the timely delivery of pregnant women time.After the user's trial,the system is more satisfied with the operation,function and non-functional have reached the user's request for the future residents of the region's disease prevention and control work to provide automated file management,improve the staff efficiency of the relevant staff,Significantly reduced labor costs.
