The necessary and requirement of this system is proposed by analyzing the deficiency in data analysis capability of national key epidemic inspect automatic early-warning information system.Secondly, this thesis analyses the method and model of data synthesis analysis in the process of key epidemic prevention and control data synthesis analysis system construction. This provides method foundation for the data synthesis analysis in key epidemic prevention and control data synthesis analysis system.Thirdly, according to the front conclusion, system constructuion object and principle and system function requirement is definitude. The system network framework and function arrangement is also analyzed. Then illustrate the key technology courses of the system development. At last work flow of the core data analysis module analysis item builder is designed in detail.Fourthly, based on system analysis and designatin, this thesis developed the He Nan province key epidemic prevention and control data synthesis analysis system and introduced the development situation of this system according to the functions of every module.Lastly, this thesis tests the main function of the system. According to the result of the performance test, the system satified the design requirement.
