Based On The Atos Profiled Morphorpholgy Detection And Reverse Technology Research

In view of the domestic demand for image converter, semi-physical simulation system in this paper, the reverse engineering technology and ATOS scanning system through analyzing the related testing technique, the principle of reverse engineering technology and its application was introduced in detail, through the use of German GOM company ATOS optical scanning measurement system, introduced the system composition, measurement principle, points out that the measurement process easy occurrence problem, and the factors affecting the measurement results are analyzed.Taking measurement of two work pieces by using ATOS system as an example. One is a sheet metal parts which has simple profile, the other is a part of an agricultural machinery with a little complicated profile. Comparing and analyzing the differences between the two workpiece during measurement. Using ATOS v7software to make pre-processing operations of the point cloud data collected by ATOS system, in order to make the data better to be processed.By using CATIA software reverse processing module to get point cloud data processing, simple curved surface fitting and model reconstruction related operations, realized the.purpose of special-shaped pieces of the reverse.
