Design And Implementation Of Goods And Materials Assistant Management System

With coming of the information age and continuous operations increase in the goods and materials management, the original goods and materials management mode of State Grid Liaoning Electric Power Company Limited can’t meet its development requirement. In order to solve the need of goods and materials management work at the present stage, enhance the efficiency and levels of goods and materials management work, by investigating and surveying the current developing status of goods and materials management domestic and overseas, studying the experience and achievement of corresponding softwares from various countries in recent years, this paper will discuss the enterprise-level development process, present a solution based on J2EE to the goods and materials management system and realize the goods and materials omnibearing management among all aspects of the company operation process, including inviting tenders, purchasing, signing contracts, applying funds and so on.This paper takes the exploiting of the goods and materials management system as background, develops a goods and materials management system satisfying the requirement of the company at present, which is based on an explicit grasp to functional demands and the non-functional requirements in the system. The system supplies a set of scientific and effective management methods for the goods and materials management in each department of the company, which make the whole goods and materials management process more efficient and convenient.The system adopts B/S development mode, Hibernate framework and middleware technology. This paper fully describes the design and implementation of system based on five modules, including tender management, contract management, distribution management, funds application management and payment management for goods. The system is tested using various kinds of methods, and all function modules run normally, which is in accord with business requirements. The system has been into service and got a favorable effect. The successful research and development to this system saves labour power greatly, shortens the time on inviting tenders and purchasing, enhances the goods and materials management efficiency and accelerates the information construction progress of the company.
