As Camera Link video signals having the advantages of high resolution, high speed of transmission, flexible processing images, simple communication protocol,easy to implement transmission interface structure and so on. In recent years, it is also a large market demand in civilian areas such as security monitoring, visual sensing, multimedia processing.The thesis selected FPGA as core processor, developing a system which could collect images of Camera Link video images. At the same time the system supports displaying multiple video interface.Firstly, the functional requirements of the system were analyzed. Then design Camera Link video signal processing system with FPGA as the core component. The system collect image data of Camera Link camera. The color space data of Bayer is converted to the RGB or YUV and storing the processed data to the SDRAM. The video encoder chip ADV7343and ADV7123and were used to complete composite video interfaces output and VGA output. Then design hardware schematics and PCB board.And system hardware platforms were built with debug. Then focus on the Camera Link camera function mode. After configuratming the camera via serial communication, camera can work, and processing video signals were discussed. Finally, write video processing system software, to collect, process and store Camera Link video signals.Use FPGA general I/O port simulating IIC bus configuration to configurate video encoder chip.So the image display on different video interface.
