ZDK Company Flat Reinforcement Monitor The Project Feasibility Study

At present, ZDK has possessed the capability in small volume production for airborne reinforced flat-panel displays and other types of military flat-panel displays, which are widely applied in fields such as aviation, aerospace and watercraft and are well recognized and received. However, the capacity at present can hardly ensure the demand to form a complete production network of weapons. Furthermore, the reliability and consistency of product quality cannot be further improved. This thesis combines the characteristics of technical transformation and enlargement of production scale and then makes feasibility analysis about ZDK’s construction project of the reinforced flat-planned displays based on the general process of feasibility researches.Just from the practical aspect, this thesis gives a detailed analysis of the feasibility about the construction project of ZDK’s reinforced flat-panel displays. First, it introduces the backgrounds of study and production in reinforced flat-panel displays. Then, starting from the relative theoretical basis and methods of feasibility study and technological transformation project, the thesis adopts both the PEST method and analytical method of a corporation’s inner environment to analyze both the internal and external factors in the project process. Meanwhile, it will analyze ZDK’s own technical strengths and weaknesses by investigating the market demand condition for reinforced flat-panel displays, and then give a detailed plan for the project construction scheme. Third, using the measurement of the collected financial data, this thesis will analyze the project’s financial condition by combining qualitative and quantitative analysis. As for the potential risks, it puts forward corresponding solutions and strategies. Finally, it concludes that this project is feasible.
