Enterprise Information Portal (EIP) In Enterprise Applications

Along with the rapid development of computer, network and information technology, the informatization of enterprise production management has become one of the decisive factors in enterprise development to a higher level. More and more enterprises are continuously strengthen the construction of informatization to enhance the level of informatization of enterprise production management process, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of the enterprise. While the requirement of bus enterprise in informatization construction is getting higher and higher, how to establish a set of efficient, unified, integrate enterprise information portal management platform has become the urgent problem of enterprises need to face.This paper driven by the requirement of the bus enterprise information portal platform, introduces the enterprise information portal (EIP), analyses its significance, discusses the function of the EIP in bus enterprises and the advantages in the daily production&management. At the same time, puts forward two key problems in constructing EIP:how to deal with the diversity of the existing data in the different enterprises, how to integrate the various application systems of all the bus enterprises.Based on the research on the theory of EIP, this paper focuses on the demands and designs on single sign-on, personalized service for users, unified users and permissions management and backlog, etc. Finally, describes the hardware and software selection and the measures to ensure the safety of EIP. Eventually build an open, expansible, highly integrated bus enterprise information portal platform which is on the purpose of realizing the automation of enterprise production and management, setting the business applications as the core, based on the unified database.In the end, the paper presents the design concept of enterprise information portal which is based on the SO A architecture, on the basis of data, providing an integrated and open environment for various application systems; emphatically showing the various types of information in the production and management process of the bus enterprises, providing the strategies on standardizing the enterprise work flow and a supplementary analysis for enterprise decision-making to improve the working efficiency of enterprises.
