This company,nearly 10000 employees,and has been implemented the Financial management system,CRM,OA,ERP and so on,but the lack of unified information portal(EIP),cannot effectively of information between the various systems of polymerization,and the user use each system need to open another system,each time to enter username and password is very inconvenient.In this paper,according to the general target,using information planning theory,methods and tools to the user interview,carding and determine the business layer,management,decision-making layer users at all levels of information application requirements determined Office of each application system related to the main function model,data model and flow chart,build company's information portal system architecture model.The research process uses the Microsoft.NET technology as well as the SharePoint software,as well as the Server SQL database.Based on the development of a one-stop application center and provide the application of process center access,report center,information center,documentation center,exchange center,business center,these applications using unified interface specification and external system integration.After a year of design and development,the system has been completed according to the stated goal of development,for the enterprise provides standardized portal platform,to achieve a unified interface,uniform entrance,to-do unified,unified authorization management,the initial realization of collaborative office effect.
